TRUSTDEX Account


The TRUSTdex account is a registered account by user on Trustdex.io. This account uses to manage customer information. As a result, customers can buy, sell, trade coins on the Trustdex.io exchange.

Users will register via referral link from Broker or Trader at Trustdex.io.

 

To improve account security, TRUSTdex.io encourages all user to verify your account.

Also, in order to withdraw money from TRUSTdex before you make a withdrawal, TRUSTdex will ask you to verify your account.

 

ID card, passport, driver's license do not clear the information, letters, photos

The information on the photo does not match the personal and address information.

 

An authentication account should provide as the following information:

Passport: ID card / driver's license / passport, date of issue

Personal: Full name, gender, date of birth

Address: Address of residence, temporary address

Image: Identity card, selfie photo and ID

In order to successfully authenticate the account, the images you sent that should be:

Make sure that your photos/scans meet the following requirements:

Documents should be valid due to the issue date;

Photos/Scans of both sides of documents should be uploaded ;

Scanned images should be in colour and in high resolution (at least 300 dpi);

Allowed formats: JPG, GIF, PNG, TIFF

Images no more 5MB

File size should be no more than 15 MB

Photos/Scans should not be older than 3 months;

Documents should be issued using characters of Latin alphabet or have Latin transliteration of main fields.

Before uploading an image on the Verification form, please make sure to follow photo requirements:

You are looking straight at the camera.

Your background has a light, neutral colour.

Your selfie is in colour.

No red eye!

DO NOT wear sunglasses, a hat or a headband.

Information on your document must be clearly visible.

In case of a low-quality selfie, the Compliance Officer may ask you to try uploading it once more.

To ensure safety and the risk of online payment by credit card, customers need to verify the card when doing the transaction.

When you deposit by using a Visa / Master / JCB credit card, you will need to verify your card.

Authentication card, the cardholder should provide the following information:

Provide information about the card: Cardholder name, card number, expiration date

Please provide the following photos:

  • A selfie with a payment card.
  • photos, one with your payment card next to your ID's front side and another photo of your payment card with your ID's back side – this applies only to users who have not verified their identity.

In order to successfully authenticate the account, the images should be sent to the attention of you

- Selfie image should be clear, visible face, no obstruction

- Do not use duplicate images

- Do not use edited photos

- Do not use fuzzy images, unknown numbers, information

- No cutting, grafting,

- Do not use the missing picture angles,

- Master Authentication Card

- The payment card information matches the card information that performs the authentication

Selfie requirements:

  • Look straight into the camera
  • The photo should be in color
  • Your face and card information must be clearly visible
  • DO NOT wear sunglasses, a hat or a headband.
  • The photo should be recent
  • Image should be in high resolution (min 300 dpi)
  • Allowed formats: JPG, GIF, PNG, TIFF
  • File size should be no more than 15 MB
